Apple products have held a special significance to me since my childhood. Seeing my mother’s ‘beige’ Apple Mac while growing up in London, England I was intrigued by its potential. I turned my fascination into hands-on experience with Apple during my university years in New Zealand, where my trusty PowerBook 5300 became my tool for completing my political science degree. I would spend quieter evenings at the university newspaper offices trying to get Mac’s to communicate via SCSI networking.

My journey with technology broadened during my time teaching in South Korea. There, I would tinker, and become more familiar with PC hardware and Windows software. Upon arriving in Toronto, I immersed myself in the role of systems administrator with an advertising agency, providing agile solutions to a myriad of computing and new digital challenges.

As the pandemic forced clients to become remote, I supported that transition and at the same time took a subcontracting role that included managing all the technology needs of a local startup whose users grew by 400% in just 4 short years. Along the way, I've discovered a profound passion for facilitating those "ah ha" moments—unveiling the cause-and-effect dynamics of technological challenges and empowering others to navigate them most effectively.

I continue to be fueled by a drive to expand my impact, nurturing both my professional acumen and my personal brand to better serve all those around me.
